Ocean Riviera Paradise All Inclusive Hotel Playa del Carmen

This venue was truly luxurious! the exclusive amenities were top, notch and every need was fulfilled. the Spa & wellness centre was serene, with a sauna and full, body massages available. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a day of lounging by the beach, and the garden area was beautifully landscaped. the location is ideal, with easy beach access and a short walk to the nightlife.

I only had one minor issue with this hotel , the room service was lacking. One time they forgot to pick up the food waste and it was left in the room for 8 hours.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the beautiful Caribbean sea. the staff at the hotel were excellent, always polite and attentive to our needs. the rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily, making for a pleasant stay.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the amenities in the hotel were in need of renovation, with some areas feeling old and in poor condition.

The location of the hotel is stunning, right by the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. The beach area is beautiful and provides a perfect spot for relaxation and sunbathing. Additionally, the Amaranto restaurant offers a great lunch option with a variety of delicious dishes.

Other aspects of the hotel, such as the availability of certain facilities and the management of lines and wait times, could be improved.

Rooms were impeccably designed, the beach featured granite rocks and good sunbathing. Buffet served fresh items and staff were helpful, while at the pool bar bartenders made delicious beverages. All-inclusive fees were fairly priced for the upscale experience provided. Breakfast options were extensive but service was inattentive at times.

During my recent stay at a resort in Mexico, I had the pleasure of experiencing the incredible facilities offered. The resort's location was perfect for our family, with easy access to the kids pool just steps away from the Daysi location. We enjoyed the large variety of food available in the buffet and the various other restaurants on-site. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist us with any queries or requests we had. The resort itself was beautifully designed and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for our vacation.

The staff was friendly and hardworking. The variety of dining options was great. Easy access to beach excursions. Loved feeding the monkeys. Beautiful property and well-maintained. Good food options and themed nights at the buffet. Butler service was helpful. Plenty of pools for different preferences. Overall enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with a lovely beach nearby. Amaranto restaurant's food is fresh and good, and the decor of the facility is beautiful. Some of the guests were pleased with the entertainment and activities offered at the resort.

The hotel does not provide transportation for guests, and airport taxis can be costly.

The hotel had great facilities by the nice beach. The breakfast had a good selection and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness was impressive.

Amazing resort with 5 swimming pools, private beach, and plenty of activities. Great food and variety of restaurants. Helpful staff.

The hotel offered a variety of restaurants, shops, and bars within a short walking distance. DiveIt, the onsite diving company, provided excellent service for first-time scuba divers. Our guide, "Pancho," was patient and knowledgeable, ensuring a smooth dive experience. The staff throughout the resort were helpful and kind, assisting with taxi arrangements and holding our bags while we were out diving. we highly recommend this place!

No reason to complain, felt privileged during our stay.

We had an amazing time during our holiday! the resort had a great variety of restaurants to choose from, so we never got bored of the food options. the pools were also fantastic, with different areas to suit everyone's preferences. And the location was perfect, with stunning views of the beach and easy access to all the amenities.

There were a couple of things that could have been improved. the room we were assigned didn't match what we had booked, which was a bit disappointing.

Above and beyond expectations, amazing staff, great rooms, excellent facilities, beautiful beach.

I recently stayed at Ocean Riviera in Playa del Carmen for two weeks and had an amazing experience. The resort upgraded our room for free upon arrival, and we loved the great restaurants, shops, and bars all within a short walk. The onsite diving company, DiveIt, provided an excellent resort dive experience with our knowledgeable guide, Pancho. The staff throughout the resort were extremely helpful and kind, assisting with arranging transportation and holding our bags while we scuba dived. They also catered well to food allergies. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic vacation.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this all-inclusive resort. Despite some negative reviews, we had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, especially the Mexican cuisine, and the drinks were great too. We appreciated the cleaning measures in place. we highly recommend this hotel for a fun and relaxing vacation.
